Q: Will I be charged for customs? And how much will the charge be?
A: Yes, you will be asked to pay those fees upon delivery; yet, most countries will not charge you customs fees at all.


Q: Do you accept Credit/Debit card payments?
A: Yes, we will process your online payments through our partner "Iyzico".

Q:  What are the accepted payment options?
- In Lebanon: We accept COD (cash on delivery), Credit/Debit card payments (international limit), *OMT transfers, and *Whish transfers.
- In Turkey: We accept Credit/Debit card payments (international cards), *OMT transfers, and Bank transfers.
- Other countries: We accept Credit/Debit card payments, and *OMT transfers.

Q: How many currencies and languages do you support?
A: Our platform displays only 1 currency "USD" for the moment but we are working on implementing more currencies in the future. Our live chat, however, can support you in English, Arabic, French, Turkish, and Deutsch.

Q: Is it possible to change the order after I have already placed it?
A: It depends, if we have not shipped your order yet then we can definitely change it; however, if your order has been already shipped then unfortunately there is nothing we can do.

Q: Do you provide a Wholesale Service?
A: Yes, we do provide a wholesale service upon your request. Some of our items can be ordered in bulk when contacting our agent through one of the ways mentioned here. Or you can provide us with a customized list of your choice and we will get back to you with the result.
